Sure doesn't look like this is the case...

As I mentioned in one of my recent posts, my doc is hoping to see me gain a couple pounds by my appointment on Monday. So I decided to weigh myself today for the first time in about 4 weeks. Supposedly I haven't gained any weight in the last month.... In fact, I still have supposedly lost a total of 5 lbs since my first doctors visit. (I'm guessing part of the problem is in the accuracy of the Wii Fit that I used to weigh myself on but still a little worrying.)

Am I supposed to be eating more junk food or something? So no more whole grain cereal for breakfast and chicken breasts and apples for lunch? Is it time to switch to the krispy cremes and taco bell?

My body sure doesn't look like it's lost any weight from anywhere so what kind of magic trick is this?

Well, I DID just finish eating a chicken sandwich on multigrain bread with a sliced apple on the side and cranberry juice... guess I better go give in to the strawberry shortcake roll just to balance it all out.
